The perfect coat.

A lot of you have been asking me where I bought my grey coat from, that I keep posting a lot on my Instagram lately, so I thought I might just write an entire (first) blogpost about it.

We all know the struggle of finding the perfect coat - when we don't need one, we keep seeing amazing pieces EVERYWHERE but refuse to buy them right away because it's either not winter yet anyway or because they can always be a little more on the pricey side. So we hold on to the belief that "we'll find another one when it's time to get one". But as it just so happens in life - we hardly ever do.

This is LITERALLY the story of my life. I've been going all crazy last winter trying to find the perfect coat but couldn't find one none the less. So I ended up buying an expensive piece of "not keeping me warm at all" - sh*t that cost me more money than any other coat and would have never been my first choice if I've had any other.
But this year needed to be different. I knew I wouldn't let that happen to me again. It just couldn't.

It was one of those "I'm just going to window - shop and not actually buy anything" - days that didn't so much end up as planned (...do they ever?!). I went into the store of my trust (ZARA of course) and there it was: that one piece of clothing that would change my whole winter and I'd be wearing for the next 5 months solid: my holy grey coat. Who cared if it was only just August yet and the sun was shining outside and winter was probably further away than my grandma in India - I just needed to buy it right away! Plus, 70€ for an actually warm winter coat was NOTHING, considering my one from last year was double the price and thin as f*ck. Also, I couldn't risk waiting another 2 months and ending up not getting it because it might have been sold out by then (but of course this time it wasn't and I kept (and still keep) seeing it again and again everytime I went / go into ZARA -.-)

Anyways, long story short: I believe this coat is the most perfect choice in coats I've ever made as it's not too tight or too loose, not too light or too dark and I'll definitely not get sick of wearing it for yeaaaars (also I won't get sick as it's quite warm and thick, lol). I just absolutely love it!

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and might grab yourself one because I think ZARA still has the exact one! :-)
